Lura Mack, Director of the PAB
Ms. Mack has been working in the community investment arena with the Adrian Dominican Sisters since 1996. In her current capacity, her focus is on establishing, monitoring, and maintaining partnerships with nonprofit, community-based organizations, inviting and overseeing the loan application process, making site visits with borrower groups, and serving as the Director of the Portfolio Advisory Board office. |

Christopher Matthias, Coordinator of Corporate Responsibility
Mr. Matthias coordinates the Adrian Dominican Sisters’ mission of responsible stewardship of the investment portfolio. Through the investment criteria, he facilitates the ongoing work of proxy voting, monitoring of investments, and corporate engagement. The focus of his shareholder work includes environmental justice, climate change, human trafficking, water, and food supply, in conjunction with the work of Sister Judy. |

Sister Judy serves as the Chair of the Corporate Responsibility Committee of the Portfolio Advisory Board and is Coordinator of the Northwest Coalition for Responsible Investment (NWCRI) in Seattle, Washington. The Adrian Dominican Sisters are members of NWCRI. Sister Judy engages companies on issues of global health, water sustainability, human rights and child labor, in complement to the work of Christopher Matthias.

Ms. McLaughlin provides administrative and clerical support for the Portfolio Advisory Board (PAB) and Staff that is consistent with the mission, vision and values of the Adrian Dominican Sisters. She works closely with Ms. Mack in processing loans for the community investments and participates in ongoing proxy voting.
